You will work closely with Finance, Product, User Experience, Engineering, Data, and stakeholders to modernize platforms, enable automation, and improve the reliability and usability of finance technology.

- Drive engineering best practices including code quality, testing, performance, and operational readiness
- Partner with Product and User Experience to ensure solutions are usable, scalable, and aligned with user needs
- Identify and resolve technical risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers early
- Support platform modernization efforts, including automation, cloud adoption, and legacy system evolution
What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role
- Mentor engineers and senior developers, raising the technical bar and fostering strong engineering culture
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and delivery practices
- Strong experience leading engineering teams delivering enterprise finance systems
- Ability to balance technical rigor with delivery speed and business priorities
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, UX, Architecture, Data, and Risk
- Clear communication skills, especially when explaining technical trade‑offs to non‑technical partners
- A mindset focused on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in software engineering or technology delivery
- Experience as a Technology Lead, or Senior Engineer on complex platforms
- Strong background supporting finance, risk, or data‑intensive systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working in a large, regulated enterprise environment preferred
Additional optional requirements
- Solid understanding of emerging LLM and GenAI prompting best practices and how they can accelerate and elevate development practices
- Familiarity with cloud‑native development, APIs, and event‑driven architectures
- Exposure to financial data pipelines, reporting systems, or controls‑driven workflows
- Experience working closely with UX teams on complex internal or enterprise applications
