Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business and technology teams on enterprise‑scale data and regulatory platforms. This role focuses on requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and functional design, ensuring business needs are clearly translated into actionable technology solutions.

What you will be responsible for:

• Engage with business, regulatory, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, data requirements, and process flows.
• Act as a bridge between business users and engineering teams.
• Support regulatory reporting, finance data, and risk initiatives.
• Perform impact analysis for changes in data, processes, or regulations.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.
• Assist with data reconciliation, validation, and analysis.
• Maintain documentation including BRDs, user stories, and test scenarios.
• Work in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Mandatory skills / experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience working with finance, regulatory, or risk data.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional requirements / Good to have skills:

• Exposure to data platforms such as Databricks or data lakes
• Understanding of data models and ETL concepts
• Experience in regulatory or financial services domain

Mode of work: Hybrid (Hyderabad or Bangalore)
