We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Associate to join the GlobalLINK sales team in EMEA. This individual will support senior sales professionals in growing adoption of GlobalLINK’s suite of fintech solutions across institutional clients

What you will be responsible for

  • Partner with senior sales professionals to support revenue growth across GlobalLINK’s suite of trading and workflow solutions

  • Assist in managing the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, RFP support, and onboarding coordination

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target client segments

  • Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and product demonstrations

  • Track sales metrics, maintain CRM systems, and support forecasting efforts

  • Develop knowledge of FX, Money Market Funds, fixed income, derivatives, and electronic trading workflows

  • Support GlobalLINK client engagement initiatives, including meetings, conferences, and industry events

  • Monitor competitor offerings to GlobalLINK and market trends in financial technology

What we value

  • Experience supporting treasury professionals, institutional sales or capital markets teams in Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and / or Money Markets

  • Familiarity with FX, fixed income, Money Market Funds or derivatives markets

  • Exposure to electronic trading platforms or SaaS solutions

  • Commercial mindset and client-focused approach

  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability

  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn complex products

  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through

  • Resilience and adaptability

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, or related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial technology services, trading capital markets, or sales support is required

  • Strong interest in financial markets and technology

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
