Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with 4-8 Yrs Experience in Middle Office or Performance. You will be joining as a Senior Associate as part of Performance & Analytics team in our Bangalore/Hyderabad office.

What you will be responsible for

As Senior Associate you will:

• Provide Performance & Attribution services for EMEA/NA clients.
• Perform daily activities where you review portfolios/securities breaching tolerance and provide comments.
• Collaborate with JV/Upstream teams to validate performance data.
• Deliver Monthly attribution reports to clients as per deadline.
• Work closely with Onshore/client reporting team to address the queries related to performance/attribution data.
• Work on adhoc projects within the team. Understanding the project requirements and proactively completing the tasks prior to target date.
• Attend daily/weekly calls with Onshore or Project team to discuss any pending issues.

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

• Basic knowledge about different asset classes – Equity, Fixed Income & Multi Asset.
• Detailed understanding of performance calculation process and auditing procedures.
• Strong MS Office skills – Excel, PowerPoint etc
• VBA/SQL knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Good communication & Project management skills.
• Ability to meet close deadlines and strong problem-solving skills.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s in Finance from a reputed college.
• Pursuing CFA/FRM/CIPM would be an advantage.
