About the Role
Performance Engineering ensures system scalability, reliability, and resilience across CRD and CRPM platforms by validating performance characteristics of complex enterprise systems and client‑critical workflows.
Who We Are Looking For
An experienced Performance Engineering Lead (AVP level) with 15+ years of experience to lead and mature performance testing practices across CRD and CRPM products.

This role proactively identifies performance risks, improves release confidence, and supports client‑critical workloads while maintaining compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Define and drive performance testing and engineering strategy

Lead execution of load, stress, endurance, scalability, and performance tests

Establish and maintain performance benchmarks, baselines, and SLAs
-
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams
-
Oversee performance test planning, environments, and execution
-
Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and drive root‑cause analysis
-
Mentor performance engineers and QA teams
-
Support major releases, escalations, and production investigations
-
Ensure adherence to QA standards, SDLC controls, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
-
15+ years of QA experience with deep focus on performance engineering
-
Strong hands‑on experience with tools such as JMeter, Load Runner, Gatling
-
Proven experience designing large‑scale performance test strategies
-
Strong understanding of system architecture and scalability patterns
-
Proficiency in Java or scripting languages
-
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
-
Experience working in Agile/Scrum at scale
-
Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
-
Strong cross‑functional communication skills
-
Cloud‑based performance testing experience
