What We’re Looking For

We are seeking motivated, analytical interns to provide functional application technical support to Charles River Development (CRD) customers within the Fin Tech space. This role blends technology, finance, and client service, giving you exposure to real-world investment management operations.

CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. What You Will Be Responsible For

• Responding to client requests for technical assistance• Diagnosing software issues and recommending appropriate solutions
• Analyzing problems, answering product-related questions, and providing user guidance
• Identifying, testing, and documenting workarounds for software bugs or functional gaps
• Contributing to continued improvements of support processes and tools
• Logging customer interactions and preparing resolution summaries

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with one or more structured programming languages (SQL preferred)• Understanding of basic system administration concepts: configuration, resource sharing, OS fundamentals
• Relevant technical/functional coursework, academic projects, or extracurricular activities
• Understanding of the Trade Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills, including process analysis
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting client expectations
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a team environment
• Planning to graduate in 2027

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
