The IT Enterprise Change Manager is a critical role for State Street and responsible for development of ITIL V4 / ITSM based Enterprise IT Change Management Strategy, Governance Model, Processes, Transformation / Remediation Plan and associated controls and then drive that plan to conclusion. Upon completion of the transformation, she / he will initiate BAU IT Change Management functions that include day-to-day management of Governance, Change Operations, collaboration across IT departments/Business Units as well as the monitoring and maintenance of the IT Change Management review, transformation and ultimately the managing functions for policies, processes and controls.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of three years’ experience in ITIL Change Management operations
-
Strong expertise in ITIL (v4 preferred) and IT Change Management across application and/or infrastructure environments
-
Experience with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
-
Proven background in IT project deployment, incident management, and problem management
-
Demonstrated project management and coordination skills, including conducting reviews and providing constructive feedback
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across organizational levels
-
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-
Experience with Service Now and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Share Point, Outlook)

Service Now operational and reporting experience preferred

Four days per week in-office to support North America and APAC shifts
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $118,750 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
