STATE STREET has a unique opportunity that would suit an exceptional candidate who is eager to develop and grow into a Business Analyst (BA) role within our Product Digital team. You will be joining a team of high-performing Business Analyst experts who are responsible for supporting our clients’ (internal and external) requirements for changes in business processes, policies and information systems. The Digital team are an exciting team who work on Robotics, Reporting, Blockchain, Power BI and Automated Workflow solutions for State Street Transfer Agency.

As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in:

• Working with multiple departments to understand requirements, scope and acceptance criteria for any Change Requests received into the portfolio.

• Analyzing new system functionalities and documenting how they will support and impact business functions

• Working closely with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

• Drafting Application Support Documents, User Manuals and associated Training Materials

• Strong analytical skillset and be able to evaluate several potential alternatives to a given challenge.

• Possesses strong business etiquette, demonstrates effective business writing skills, and is comfortable presenting information clearly and concisely to clients and senior audiences.

• MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, for business purposes.

• Highly motivated and eager to develop, with a strong desire for growth.

• This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values adaptability and a positive, proactive approach to learning.

• Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree level at any discipline is preferred, but not essential.
