The Job:As the Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager, you will partner with key executives to build recruiting strategies and pipelines for various organizations across the company. You will hire and lead an organization of global sourcing professionals, balancing the organizational needs across profiles and making strategic decisions on how the team can create the most value. You’ll get to:

  • Hire, manage, and develop experienced global Sourcers supporting all levels of Stanley Black and Decker recruiting functions in North America.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies and best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce hiring inefficiencies and create scalable sourcing solutions.

  • Focus on the criticality of data integrity, benchmarking to hiring metrics, and recommend tool/systems design improvements.

  • Develop and execute various Recruiting Events to attract both active & passive talent pools.

  • Drive scaling strategies, market expansion plans, and alternative pipelines through effective sourcing campaigns.

  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve our overall effectiveness.

  • Manage a growing team that is accountable for finding, assessing, and engaging experienced-level candidates.

  • Measure the impact of sourcing methods in a rigorous, data-driven manner to drive recruiting process improvement.

  • Understand talent mapping and have deep knowledge of the talent and competitor landscape, and a strong understanding of the market to enhance our sourcing strategies.

  • Develop innovative ways to elevate recruiting expertise and best practices across the company.

  • Craft research plans to map a wide range of senior, specialty, technical, and other candidate populations and support sourcing teams as they thoughtfully engage prospective candidates to better understand their experiences, interests, and motivations.

  • Define effective sourcer/recruiter engagement principles, SLAs, and drive a partnership mindset throughout the organization.

  • Make challenging calls about the most effective way to utilize the team’s talent, assets, tools, and capacity in response to varying requests for support.

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field.

  • 8+ years of Sourcing/Recruiting experience, preferably within a technical-focused corporate organization, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global sourcing strategies.

  • Ability to use Talent Mapping, Research, and Competitive Intelligence to make data-driven decisions.

  • Optimize ATS/CRMs and implement change for critical hiring demands.

  • Understanding of innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify, nurture, and hire passive talent.
