Where You Will Work:

Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) is the primary division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace. We are a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. CAM is currently comprised of nine subsidiaries across the United States split among three segments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide material control services that include the accurate and efficient processing of paperwork, data entry, order picking, delivery, record keeping, and counting of materials, supplies, tools, and finished goods; provide support for packaging and shipping of material to internal and external customers.

• Apply basic personal computer functions to access production control and material data systems to assist in the development and implementation of shipping and delivery schedules, tool control schedules, manufacturing setup schedules, and production schedules.

• Work with various departments to prioritize work orders and manufacturing or tool set-up tasks in an assigned production cell. Assist supervision and workforce in the resolution of work order or shop supply discrepancies, problems and/or concerns.

• Transport parts, materials, supplies, tools, and production setups by hand or with mechanical devices, such as a tow motors or forklifts.

• Maintains clean work environment (including assigned storage and cleaning duties) in full compliance with company standards, customer and government regulations.

• Assists in the development and maintenance of a business culture, which supports the Company's overall business objectives and goals, to include issues that involve “cost, quality, process, schedule and people”.

• Ensures the company's commitment to maintain a safe workplace and to protect the environment through the establishment and support of Company policy and adherence to various government regulations.

• Performs other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

May be required to participate in training and/or train others

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• No experience is required.
• Must be able to attain forklift and overhead and/or mobile crane certification.
• Must have a valid California drivers license (CDL).
