As the Amazon EU Retail Media Activation Manager at Stanley Black&Decker, you’ll be part of EMEA-ANZ e Commerce team located across the region, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. You’ll be responsible for both building the media strategy and executing advertising campaigns in collaboration with the media agency to drive sales and increase brand visibility on Amazon’s retail platform. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize advertising spend, manage budgets, oversee campaign planning and execution, analyze campaign performance and success, and identify opportunities for growth. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
You'll support the conversion effort by:

Own and fully manage in total autonomy the relationship with the media agency and Amazon Ads, become the main Stanley Black&Decker Point of Contact.

Define the key media strategic pillars and objectives for each brand and market.

Develop and execute the paid media strategy: in collaboration with the media agency, Amazon Ads and the local e-trade marketing team, develop and execute the paid media strategies at brand & market levels, as well as for the strategic levers (Sponsor Ads and DSP – Demand-Side-Platform) for each brand.

Define the media budget: work on the overall budget allocation (brand, market, strategic levers), allocate the right resources at the right place depending on future growth and to ensure maximum Return On Investment (Ads spends vs. Ads sales), and campaign improvements.

Implementing comprehensive advertising strategies to promote our products and brands on Amazon’s retail platform.

Collaborating with the etrade Marketing Managers to ensure that the EU media strategy is implemented correctly and effectively in local markets. Ensuring our products and offers are effectively brought to life.

Supporting each local market with the media activation. Identifying and leveraging cross-zone synergies.

Evaluating and providing operational recommendations aligned with the local market’s needs.

Monitoring campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and advertising spend, to identify areas for improvement.

Conducting thorough keyword research and audience analysis to optimize campaign targeting and drive maximum ROI.

Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key trends, successes, and opportunities for optimization.

Defining and driving adherence to end-to-end campaign success measurement framework.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
You’re The Right Fit If :

Hold a university degree (Bachelor or Master’s) in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.

3 + Experience in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Campaign Management with a focus on digital innovation.

Understanding of the media marketplace dynamics, especially within Amazon, and a background in Search, Display, Programmatic and Social advertising.

Proficiency in advertising analytics tools (e.g. : Amazon Advertising Console, Excel) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. : Power BI) preferred.

Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on Amazon’s retail platform, with a strong understanding of Amazon Advertising products (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Amazon DSP).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Excel in collaborative and cross-functional work within a global organization.

Fluent in business English.
