Encargado de las áreas de Laboral, Compensaciones y Beneficios la aplicación adecuada del contrato colectivo, reglamento interior, y la ley federal del trabajo.
- Mantener métricos de reclutamiento y selección de personal sindicalizado, de confianza y promociones internas.
- Control de tabuladores de sueldo.
- Auditorías a expedientes de sindicato y confianza.
- Coordinación de en las evaluaciones de desempeño.
- Desarrollar estrategias para fortalecer la cultura organizacional de la empresa.
- Ejecutar los procedimientos de control a fin de dar cumplimiento a las obligaciones patronales.
- Ejecutar el proceso de elaboración de pago de nómina y beneficios relacionados con el personal.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias que permitan mantener un ambiente y clima laboral optimo.
- Manejo y aplicación de la ley federal del trabajo.
- Manejo de renuncias y/o rescisiones de contrato.
- Manejo de conflictos laborales.
- Segregar Residuos de acuerdo con las categorías del área de trabajo.
- Conocer los peligros y riesgos asociados a las actividades y seguir los controles operacionales definidos.
- Operar maquinaria equipo previamente capacitado.
