Overview:A detail-oriented and results-driven Lead, SAP Systems Analyst with extensive experience in Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Logistics Execution modules. Proven expertise in the analysis, configuration, and support of pricing, supply chain, Available-to-Promise (ATP), and billing processes for global organizations in manufacturing and consumer goods sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and configure SAP SD, MM, and Logistics modules to support business requirements in order fulfillment, supply chain, and billing operations.
- Manage and optimize enterprise structure, master data (customer/material), and organizational unit assignments to align with business processes.
- Configure and maintain pricing procedures using condition techniques, ensuring accurate and flexible pricing strategies.
- Implement and support core supply chain functionalities, including order management, inventory control, shipping, delivery, and goods movement.
- Design and maintain ATP processes, ensuring product availability and efficient order processing.
- Configure and support billing processes, including billing document types, credit/debit memos, and integration with FI/CO modules.
- Develop functional specifications for RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) and work closely with technical teams for solution delivery.
- Support integration with external systems and EDI/IDoc messaging for sales order, delivery, and billing processes.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare test cases, and support cutover and post-go-live activities.
- Provide end-user training, create user manuals, and deliver knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Monitor and resolve production support issues, analyze incident tickets, and implement process improvements.
