What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Licensing, you’ll be part of our Tools and Outdoor Finance team and will report to the Finance Manager, T&O Global Licensing & Central CGO Capabilities. You’ll get to:

  • Assist Finance Manager in preparation of annual budget, working closely with License Directors, regional teams, and the business units
  • Prepare variance analysis of revenue actuals versus prior year, budget, and forecast
  • Distribute monthly revenue forecasts based on licensee forecasts and feedback from the Licensing Team
  • Communicate monthly revenue results to regions, brand teams, & SBU’s
  • Support the build of presentations to leadership teams
  • Maintain database of licensees and contracts
  • Continually evaluate process and control improvement opportunities
  • Ad hoc requests & other special projects

Who You Are

  • BS in Accounting or Finance with strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
  • 3 years of finance experience
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manipulate, aggregate, filter, and summarize large data sets into actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently; self-motivate
  • Ability to critically think and connect financial data with business knowledge
  • Ability and structure to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and deliver results
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles
  • Ability to present and communicate at all levels with self-confidence
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally and across business boundaries to solve issues and drive projects to completion
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of SAP or their equivalent SAP a plus
  • Possess leadership qualities in accountability, integrity, respect, vision, boundarylessness, stretch, and speed
