WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

  • Responsible for product technical support and service of Vietnam market.
  • Provide product selection, troubleshooting and servicing, technical support, and product training to customers and resellers located in china, Travel to customer with sale team is required.
  • Collect customer demands, assist sales team in project progress tracking.
  • Interact with internal and external customers on-site to provide best in class service and customers satisfaction. Teach and Hands on products is required.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to promote product, know about the product issue and explain procedures, and feedback and resolve customers complaints.
  • Work with sale team and marketing team to edit product technical documents develop training plans or key customers base on the need of product.

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or related field with at least 5 years working experience, engineering degree would be a plus.
  • Good Microsoft skills especially in Excel and PPT
  • Good ability in reading and written English
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • The ability of understanding the need of the customers, establish confidence toward our product.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and internationally for at least 6 months a year.
