What You’ll Do
The Sourcing Excellence team is part of the Global Supplier Management (GSM) Center of Excellence with a goal of implementing the “New Way of Working” in collaboration with Lead & Regional Category Managers and Purchasing Agents.
Reporting to the Sourcing Excellence Manager, the Sourcing Excellence Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the supply base is prepared to meet corporate growth objectives. This position serves as a key stakeholder in the Infinity process, responsible for receiving, interpreting, and validating data in alignment with various category strategies. The Analyst also leads the Supplier Segmentation and Business Review processes, collaborating with the broader Strategic Sourcing team to enhance supplier capabilities and drive innovation. Close coordination with internal stakeholders is essential to align and assess category strategies against supplier performance, utilizing scorecards and other evaluation tools. This role requires leading initiatives on a global scale, engaging with diverse geographies, work cultures, and departments.
You’ll get to:
- Implement strategic supplier management, minimizing supplier risk, enabling supplier segmentation and strategy as part of Global Supply Management’s Center of Excellence.
- Execute processes and tools to adequately measure suppliers in support of SBD growth initiatives.
- Manage strategy creation for key suppliers in coordination with category managers to ensure supplier capacity, capability, value and quality.
- Structure Supplier Management initiatives including Business Reviews, Supplier Surveys and Supplier Conferences.
- Drive closure and resolution to any ongoing constraint to our growth plans by working collaboratively with the strategic sourcing team and the supplier.

- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing
- Functional experience in sourcing / procurement; must have a balance of both strategic and operational capacities, including global sourcing, supplier management, commodity risk management, etc.
- Execution Excellence: Planning & organizing, time management, process orientation, process adherence
- Global mindset with experience working in an international/multi-cultural matrix environment (cross-functional and external)
- Strong program, transformation, and supply chain management skills.
- Ability to conceive strategic program initiatives, plan them, sell ideas and execute.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Power
