The Audiobooks team is scaling Spotify’s publisher ecosystem across Europe, with a focus on long-term, high-impact partnerships.

In this role, you’ll own and grow strategic relationships with book publishers across France and Benelux, leading licensing strategy, commercial performance, and partner success on the platform.

As the primary point of contact for your portfolio, you’ll shape how partnerships operate in practice — negotiating distribution terms, securing high-value catalog, and driving mutual growth.

You’ll work closely with product, operations, growth, editorial, and cost management teams to improve ways of working, enhance operational efficiency, and support regional expansion.
