Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Ancillary Pricing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the revenue of Spirit’s ancillary product portfolio. This role requires a strong analytical background, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain pricing structures for ancillary products which include but are not limited to bags, seat assignments and travel options.
- Review and analyze competitive pricing trends and market dynamics to identify areas of opportunity and assess risks.
- Conduct pricing elasticity and demand analysis to inform pricing decisions.
- Execute pricing changes using the organization’s pricing system, ensuring accuracy and timely implementation.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting to track ancillary revenue performance, conversion rates and other key performance indicators.
- Conduct post-implementation pricing reviews to assess effectiveness of pricing changes.
- Present product updates to business stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, or relevant field.
- 1-2 years pricing, revenue management or analytics experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills- must be able to clearly explain complex concepts to internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in fast paced environments and adapt to a shift in priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, R, SQL, Python).
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
- Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
- Onsite in Dania Beach, Florida.
