Snowflake is at the forefront of the data and AI revolution - with a mission to help every company achieve its potential with data & AI. As part of our mission to enable every organization to achieve its full potential, the Snowflake Marketplace serves as the vibrant hub which enables customers to do more with data. We are building a platform that empowers organizations to seamlessly discover, access, and build with valuable datasets, cutting-edge applications, and intelligent AI agents.

With the rapid growth of the Snowflake Marketplace, we are not just adding new features - we are rethinking the architecture and reimagining the user experience to build a best-in-class product that scales to meet the demands of our global customer and partner ecosystem. We are looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and driving customer value.

This is a high-impact role where you will have a direct impact on the product and the opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

AS A FRONTEND SOFTWARE ENGINEER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

  • Design, develop, and deliver highly interactive and responsive user interfaces that have a direct impact on our customers and partners.

  • Work closely with Designers and Product Managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive workflows.

  • Architect and build robust, reusable frontend components and state management systems using TypeScript and xReact.

  • Optimize web performance to ensure a seamless experience, focusing on core web vitals and efficient data rendering.

  • Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, while contributing to our shared design system and internal frontend standards.

OUR IDEAL FRONTEND SOFTWARE ENGINEER WILL HAVE:

  • 2–5 years of industry experience specializing in frontend development for scalable web applications.

  • Strong foundation on the modern frontend stack, including TypeScript and React.

  • A genuine passion for building customer-facing products and a drive to solve problems that create real value for users.

  • A strong understanding of core computer science concepts and web application architecture, including security, performance, and scalability.

  • Experience collaborating with backend teams to define API contracts that power dynamic frontend experiences.

Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. Snowflake employees must abide by the company’s data security plan as an essential part of their duties. It is every employee's duty to keep customer information secure and confidential.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
