  • Developing modern techniques to protect agentic and other AI workloads against new novel threats

  • Using AI tools and models to secure Snowflake products and infrastructure

  • Reducing risk of compromises by shifting-left our security validations in the software development lifecycle

  • Performing deep security engineering and Assurance work on our products by designing robust security architectures for our products, and ensuring our products adhere to the highest security standards.

  • Performing Penetration testing to try to break into Snowflake’s systems, uncover vulnerabilities and strengthen our controls

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of people management experience, leading teams of Software and/or security engineers, and have a deep technical background in software engineering, system design and security architecture.

  • 12+ years of hands-on software engineering and security experience.

  • A demonstrated track record of successfully recruiting and leading technical teams in a competitive talent market.

  • Rock-solid engineering fundamentals

  • Extremely strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Outstanding written and verbal English language skills are necessary for clear documentation and presentations

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

  • A chance to work on complex problems affecting a broad range of customers.

  • Lead a dynamic, talented team of engineers who are as passionate about solving problems as you are.

  • Opportunities to grow both technically and as a people leader.

  • A culture that values innovation, creativity, and individual contributions.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
