We’re looking for a Business Marketing Lead in MENA focused on Mid-Market Clients to shape how Snapchat shows up to thousands of mid-size businesses across the region. This is a new role dedicated to building top-of-funnel brand presence and deep consideration for Snapchat as a marketing partner for Medium size advertisers. This role is a strategic individual contributor - responsible for developing the narrative, campaigns, content, and activations that build preference and drive high-intent engagement. You’ll work closely with Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, Comms to ensure brand efforts directly support revenue growth and pipeline health.
This role, based in Dubai, will report directly to the Head of Marketing MENA.
What you’ll do:

Lead the brand marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for mid-sized advertisers (MCS) across Saudi Arabia and UAE, working closely with Sales, Advertiser Growth, and cross-functional teams.

Develop and execute upper-funnel marketing programs that establish Snapchat’s relevance, effectiveness, and pivotal role in the marketing ecosystem for MCS advertisers.

Craft a compelling, repeatable value proposition for Snapchat that resonates with mid-sized clients - tailored by vertical, market maturity, and business profile.

Build and activate integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels to drive consideration and intent among MCS advertisers.

Design and lead high-impact brand moments - including industry conferences, partner activations, and owned events - that increase share of voice.

Partner on the development of proof points and content that demonstrate Snapchat’s effectiveness for MCS clients with a focus on creating regional thought leadership.

Track and optimize initiatives based on brand health, lead quality, funnel conversion, and campaign performance.

Be the voice of the MCS segment internally - advocating for their needs and ensuring Snap’s marketing strategy reflects their mindset, motivations, and realities.

Collaborate with MENA Marketing peers to adapt regional B2B programs for mid-sized businesses, and share best practices across the region.

Be part of the MENA SMC leadership team, representing Marketing to shape the broader strategy for engaging mid-market advertisers.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strategic and creative thinker with a passion for shaping how brands show up in the market and influence decision-making.

Strong understanding of mid-size business dynamics in MENA - particularly in Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Proven experience in developing and executing full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

Strong storytelling skills - able to craft value propositions that resonate and build preference.

Demonstrated ability to run brand-led campaigns, activations, and thought leadership that influence pipeline and revenue.

Excellent cross-functional collaborator, with experience working closely with Sales, Growth, Product Marketing and Comms.

Skilled at balancing strategy and execution - able to move from insight to implementation quickly.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate Snap’s advertiser value proposition on stage, in client forums, and at industry events

Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign effectiveness, demonstrating ROI, and turning insights into actionable recommendations
Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a tech, platform, or digital media company.

Proven track record of working with or marketing to mid-sized businesses, with clear understanding of their decision-making journey.

Strong execution experience across brand campaigns, field marketing, and content.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to guide strategy and prove ROI.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build alignment around shared goals.

Fluency in English and Arabic.

Deep knowledge of and connection to the MENA advertising and media landscape.
