We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager (Performance) to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Sales team in Germany, you will work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. Working from our Hamburg or Berlin office, you will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their partners.
What you’ll do:

Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with two of the most sophisticated Direct Response advertisers in the world, by helping them achieve performance that exceeds advertiser expectations

Partner with account executives, product managers, engineers, creative strategists, and creative production managers throughout the campaign processes to develop innovative, insight-driven optimization levers bringing measurable ROI for our clients

Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)

Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI-driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities

Increase revenue and share of wallet with our most complex performance-oriented client, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analyses

Serve as the Snap product expert by educating clients and ad partners on Snap’s advertising product suite and influencing Snap’s ad product roadmap by owning your client’s participation in Alphas and Betas
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-
Deep understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
-
Deep knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
-
Understanding of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
-
Background working with both internal and external partners
-
Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
-
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights
-
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
-
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple levels of management (internally and externally)

Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
-
Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
-
Ability to manage ambiguity and maintain an action oriented approach
Minimum Qualifications:
-
BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience
-
5+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field

Fluency in German and English is required to interact with external and internal stakeholders
