We’re looking for a Senior Client Partner to join the CPG (Beauty & Personal Care) Team within the Large Customer Sales org at Snap Inc!
As a Senior Client Partner within Snap’s Retail & Lifestyle team, you will be the primary architect of growth for some of the world’s most iconic Beauty & Personal Care brands. This isn't just about media space; it’s about leveraging Snap’s unique platform to redefine how Beauty & Personal Care brands connect with the next generation of consumers.
What you'll do:

-
Own the full P&L for your book of business, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual growth targets through an entrepreneurial, founder mindset approach.
-
Mastermind and lead the Joint Business Plans and Business Reviews that don’t just report data, but provide the actionable insights that influence a client’s entire marketing mix.
Market Expertise & Influence:
-
Cultivate deep, trust based relationships with CMOs and Brand Leads, acting as a consultant for business growth.
-
Navigate and influence the complex web of media, creative, and performance agencies to ensure Snap is prioritised in every RFP.
-
Stay ahead of Beauty & Personal Care trends from "clean beauty" to "skin-fluencer" culture, integrating these insights into bespoke, high-impact sales propositions, partnering with Snap’s Marketing and Comms team.
Product Innovation & Advocacy:
-
Drive adoption of Snap’s full funnel suite, specifically focusing on how our Ads solve unique challenges for beauty brands, whether with Ads in Chat, Promoted Places in Maps or AR Try-On.
-
Act as the voice of the brand internally, collaborating with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap for CPG specific ad solutions.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
-
A track record of achieving targets within the tech, media, or agency landscape.
-
You possess a gold standard network of senior marketing contacts within the Beauty & Personal Care, Retail and Lifestyle sectors.
-
Deep fluency in brand and performance marketing, including a sophisticated understanding of measurement (MMM, MTA, and Lift studies).
-
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical products into compelling, emotionally resonant narratives.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
10+ years in digital advertising, media sales, or agency leadership, with a significant focus on the CPG Beauty & Personal Care or Retail verticals.
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
