We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual to serve as the Operations Lead for the Accounting organization. This role requires a strong background in financial operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to act as a strategic partner to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will support the Chief Accounting Officer and the Accounting leadership team in managing key operational initiatives, and ensuring the efficient execution of the organization's strategic priorities.
What You’ll do:

Supporting the Chief Accounting Officer in managing the accounting organization, including driving operational and automation project status and reporting

Acting as a key liaison and strategic partner to the Accounting Leadership Team, facilitating effective decision-making, communication and cross-functional partnership.

Manage and prioritize the strategic initiatives and projects led by the leadership team, tracking progress, ensuring accountability and owning progress reporting.

Prepare and organize materials for audit committee meetings, including creating presentations and synthesizing complex information.

Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication across various departments to ensure alignment on operational goals and financial materials.

Oversee organizational planning and manage special cross-functional projects as assigned by leadership.

Coordinate with external partners (e.g., auditors, tax advisors) and internal teams on financial reporting matters and calendar management.

Lead efforts in planning and budgeting for the Accounting team.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
8+ years of experience in finance support or operations, or a related field in a technology company
-
Proven ability to manage key business initiatives across the organization
-
Exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a financial operations leadership role or similar project management or strategic support role within the finance organization

Compensation:
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $142,000-$214,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$203,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $121,000-$182,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
