Senior Analyst, Salesforce Marketing Cloud - (employer: Sirius XM Radio LLC; job location:New York, NY) - Act as power user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud supporting campaign design,journey optimization, and audience segmentation.
Analyze customer behavior, campaignperformance, and engagement trends to deliver actionable insights that guide marketing strategy.
Build and maintain queries, filters, and data extensions using SQL within SFMC to supportadvanced segmentation and reporting needs.
Collaborate with campaign managers and technicalpartners to ensure accurate campaign execution and timely delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolveissues related to email delivery, data discrepancies, or automation errors.
Assist in thedevelopment and optimization of journeys in Journey Builder and automations in Automation Studio.
Translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions that enhance marketingperformance.
Stay informed about SFMC product updates, industry best practices, and newfeatures relevant to data and campaign optimization.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or Computing & Information Science, plus 3 yearsof experience in the position offered or as Software Developer or Programmer Analyst or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or Computing & Information Science, plus 5 years of post-Bachelor’s progressive experience in the position offered or as Software Developer or Programmer Analyst.
All of the required experience must have included:working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to analyze customer behavior, marketing campaignperformance and engagement trends to deliver actionable insights that guide marketing strategy;querying, transforming and analyzing marketing data using SQL; working with Journey Builder,Automation Studio and Email Studio; and troubleshooting and resolving issues related to emaildelivery, data discrepancies or automation errors.
Telecommuting is permitted from any locationin the U.S. #.
Salary: $170,000-$175,000/year.
