Logistics Analyst & Vendor Management Executive, SG Marketplace - 1 year contract (Fresh grad is welcome to apply!)

The Logistics Strategy & Vendor Management team drives operational excellence through data-driven planning, performance analysis, and continuous improvement. This role partners with cross-functional teams and logistics providers to optimize network performance, improve service quality, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and monitor logistics KPIs to identify trends, performance gaps, root causes, and drive short- and long-term improvement initiatives.
• Develop volume allocation and capacity plans while evaluating network performance and cost efficiency to optimize logistics operations.
• Partner with Data Analytics, Product, Operations, Business Development, Customer Experience, Finance and Claims teams to support operational planning and business decisions.
• Work with logistics partners to review operational performance, improve service levels, and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.
• Support logistics projects, product enhancements, system testing (UAT), and new operational initiatives.
• Support the onboarding of new logistics partners and participate in operational discussions, process improvements, and commercial evaluations when required.
• Continuously review SOPs, planning methodologies, and operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0–3 years of experience in e-commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large datasets and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
• Experience in demand forecasting, capacity planning, performance management or operational analytics is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with logistics partners or external vendors, including performance management, stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
