Workforce Management Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage vendor performance to maintain high fulfillment rate on manpower across all locations.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to manage headcount planning and allocation, identify potential capacity constraints.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve capacity planning, fulfillment quality, cost efficiency, and vendor planning alignment with operational needs.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of vendor management to improve fulfillment performance and data accuracy.
• Liaison with all vendors on rate negotiation and alignment with SPX Express and Scommerce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry, specifically in vendor management, vendor performance, or procurement.
• Strong understanding of vendor contract terms, SLA management, and performance tracking.
• Experience negotiating and managing vendors with different workforce commitment models
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, especially with Operations and external vendors.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
• Comfortable working with large datasets, manpower planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Able to handle dynamic environments such as campaign periods and shifting manpower demands.
• Familiarity with fulfillment or last-mile operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Thai language required; English proficiency is a plus.
