Livestream Creator Project Management Lead (Shopee)

This role is essential to elevate the quality of Livestream Creators on the Shopee platform. By identifying and nurturing high-potential talent, we aim to transform them into top-tier sellers with sustainable income. Furthermore, this position will play a critical role in executing a competitive acquisition strategy, incentivizing active Creators from rival platforms to migrate and drive growth within the Shopee ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the livestream affiliate partner team to deliver monthly/quarterly KPIs
• Lead business negotiation with key affiliate partners to reach mutual benefit for the platform and partner as well as strengthen the relationship with them in the long run.
• Own growth of top accounts and initiate insight-driven initiative to drive creator activeness, campaign adoption, commercial negotiation and operational improvements
• Oversee onsite Top account livestream session to ensure success both operational and commercial
• Partner with cross-functional teams to secure resources and ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

• 4 - 5 years of account management experience in e-commerce, tech, or a similar industry
• Problem-Solving & Agility: Strong ability to remain calm and troubleshoot under pressure, especially during live broadcast scenarios.
• Negotiation & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and persuasively.
• Proactivity & Ownership: A high degree of self-motivation, taking full ownership of creators' success and the associated GMV target.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Operations) to deliver a seamless experience for creators.
