Data Privacy Associate

Responsibilities

• Performs privacy audits throughout the organization and its entities
• Creates and manages effective response plans in response to audit results
• Establishes an effective tracking and monitoring system for regulatory and compliance requirements
• Aids in assessment of activities, policies and procedures which in involve processing of personal data to manage risks
• Aids in creation of policies and initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations
• Aids in creation and facilitation of training programs for Data Privacy Awareness
• Performs tasks which may be assigned from time-to-time to aid the organization in achieving its goal of compliance with the Data Privacy Act and management of risks associated with Data Processing Activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Finance, Management, Information Security, and related fields
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Data Privacy and Information Security, as this role involves frequent collaboration with our Legal and Information Security teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with variety of stakeholders
• Good team player
• Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
