[WN2] Senior Analyst, Put Away

Improve warehouse utilization and inventory accuracy with internal and external departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strong leadership, influencing and collaboration skills in working with team
• Assist supervisor for monthly Report such as KPI, Put Away issue etc.
• Ensure that inbound quantity optimize with sourcing and manage space for most effective utilization
• Monitor and improve productivity for all functions of Put away team
• Set up working process for zero damage/defect
• Ensure that all products store in the right location with good condition
• Deliver Put away performance to align with plan
• Ensure performance of temp and full time staff followed WI.
• Manage day-to-day order putting in WMS with on time operation and accuracy
• Improve skill and competencies of the team member to meet KPI target
• Monitor all Put Away process and coordinate with other internal and external team to ensure that the process is running smoothly
• To perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic management, supply chain or any related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in Warehousing (e-commerce is highly preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Good team player
• Able to work on shift and day-off when required
