SMB Merchant Self-Regist (MSR) - Business Development, ShopeeFood

Responsibilities

1. Manage new merchant acquisition and registration through the Partner App and Webform.
2. Conduct follow-ups with merchants to ensure registration completion, provide onboarding guidance on Shopee Partner, and support outlets to go live via online channels (email, Whats App, phone).
3. Identify and acquire target (hitlist) merchants and reactivate churned merchants to drive Shopee Food growth.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent practical experience.
2. 1–3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or account management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
3. Highly target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
4. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
5. Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
