Associate Logistic 3PLs Management - Operations, Shopee

Responsibilities

• Handle dispute settlement for damaged/late delivery/fake attempts and ensure the targeted recovery rate.
• Work closely with customer support teams to address shipping-related inquiries, delivery updates, and resolve logistics-related customer issues.
• Collaboration with shipping carriers and third-party logistics providers ensures the timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
• Identify opportunities for logistics process improvements to streamline operations, standardize SOPs across 3PLs, operational metric improvement, and cost reduction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and fulfillment processes.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel.
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity.
• Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
• Previous entrepreneur experience is a plus.
