SG PMO team initiates, plans, and drives implementation of special projects for SG. Join us to get exposure to the various business functionalities in SG, work with cross-department stakeholders, and most importantly, build something new and exciting for SG buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities
- Design and craft seller education materials / Seller Education Hub articles for various steps of seller journey, including account setup, SKU mass upload, payment binding, shipping fee calculations
- Design and craft incubation programs (market insights, tools, etc.), prepare for seller webinars
- Manage inbound seller sign-ups, including prioritising for account creation, informing and supporting sellers to activate accounts
- Manage the processes of mass incubation, including weekly announcement, tracking and following up on the seller participation in flash deal/deep discount
- Manage the inbound enquiries from local relationship managers supporting the local sellers on their local/other cross border businesses, channel them to the right PICs, and track the processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
