[WN2] Associate, Inbound Lead

To Manage Inbound process and problem solving for Inbound team

Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound operations on a wide range of products and storage and warehousing
• Ensure all inbound team perform tasks to meet KPIs and SLA as well as evaluate and improve their performance
• Co-ordinate with warehouse internal and external team such as Sourcing, Regional and others related teams to ensure smooth arrival and Inbounding of all shipment to warehouse
• Assist Inbound Team Lead for the development, establishment and implementation of innovative and cost reduction projects aligned with the company strategic direction.
• To control and monitor the process and propose improvements that can give performance gains to the team
• Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates; take disciplinary actions as necessary
• Implement safety, health and environmental protection regulations as part of legislation
• Responsible for department meeting such as weekly monthly and yearly meeting
• Overall management of product arrival and shipment
• Create a positive and collaborative team environment by setting and regularly reviewing the achievement of team goals.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistic management, supply chain or any related field
• At least 3 years of working experience in Warehousing (e-commerce is highly preferred)
• Warehouse management and Logistics Supply Chain Knowledge will be advantaged
• Be able to communicate in English
• Problem solving skills and Conflict management
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good team player
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Able to work on shift and day-off when required
