Seller Initiative Projects - Retail and Fulfilment

As part of this role, you will drive initiatives aimed at fostering growth and expansion while aligning with the organization's strategic priorities. Your role will encompass:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Warehouse Operations to identify and resolve post-sales supply chain issues to improve seller experience
• Drive high-impact operational excellence initiatives to optimize processes and improve service quality
• Develop performance dashboards & reporting frameworks to monitor initiatives outcomes and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Commercial and Operations to execute strategic initiatives that strengthen seller retention and operational scalability
• Conduct periodic fulfilment center visits to assess on ground processes, identify operational bottlenecks and translate frontline insights into sustainable process improvements
• Plan and execute end-to-end seller communications for operational initiatives and process enhancements to drive awareness, adoption and awareness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel; familiarity with Apps Script or basic workflow automation is a plus
• Proven project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
