Product Management (Supply chain function) - Product, Marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business pain points, leverage your technical understanding and creativity to propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives
• Utilize your excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear understanding and alignment across teams
• Collaborate with business users to test and roll out new features and enhancements, gather feedback and make necessary refinements
• Deep dive into business metrics and operations to understand their objectives and technical opportunities to solve their problems
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and strategies. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value and impact
• Manage cross-functional projects that require technical solutions, ensure product roadmap aligns with project timelines and deliverables

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Product Management, Project management, Logistics Operation management, Supply Chain management, and Business transformation is a plus
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader context and impact of technical solutions on business operations
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and generate practical solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-oriented and execution-focused mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and English speaking is a must to collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Good team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of integrity and responsibility
