Centralised Projects - Mid Tail Team Lead (BD)

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall performance of a cross-cluster mid tail segment in Shopee by ensuring meeting topline growth and seller investment targets
• Responsible for mid tail seller management framework, including team members’ portfolio segmentation to ensure effective management of sellers
• Develop growth strategies, involving planning, negotiation, and execution of initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Continuously maintain a strong relationship with brands/sellers, including campaign planning and brand activation
• Collaborating with internal teams to define, enhance, and scale solutions
• Providing leadership and guidance to the team for efficient execution of daily tasks and skill development for advancement
• Work closely with the marketing team to drive usage and awareness for brands/sellers

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in any field, with work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, and e-commerce is a plus
• Experienced in a management role - passionate about coaching, mentoring and team management
• Highly analytical and able to generate meaningful and actionable analysis; Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
