City Operations - ShopeeFood (Malang)

Responsibilities

• Accountable to plan, execute for day-to-day operations monitoring including: driver acquisition management, driver engagement management and inventory management etc.
• Monitor ops standard in the city
• Extract insights from data, trends, survey and market intelligence
• Manage cost effectiveness/efficiency and deliver targets
• Support Area Lead and Regional to roll out product initiatives in the City.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in operations, preferably minimum at the supervisor level from Multi National Company.
• Having strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with data processing.
• Bachelor Graduate from any major.
• Having good understanding about supply & demand planning and control.
• Having good communication skills, good attention to detail, and easy to engage with community.
• Able to create creative solutions and initiative toward operation issues and empower relevant team to execute properly.
• Able to handle communication in community or mass conflict.
• Proficiency in English (written).
• Able to process the data from excel / spreadsheet and create on slide/PPT.
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in the face of challenging situations.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Applicants must possess a comprehensive understanding of the region they will be responsible for.
