Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketing projects to achieve business objectives and platform growth targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project execution.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans that maximize project awareness, user engagement, and business impact.
• Monitor project performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Prepare project proposals and post-campaign reports/presentation.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality, timeline, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify potential risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project management, business development, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar analytical tools.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with experience creating clear and compelling presentation decks (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaign approaches.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with excellent planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
