Inventory Network Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Inventory Network Strategy Lead to own and lead network-level inventory strategy and supply–demand planning across a large-scale e-commerce warehouse system.

This role is responsible for deciding stock placement plans at each warehouse to balance service level, inventory health, and cost. You will own and drive network-level initiatives in close partnership with cross-functional leaders, delivering measurable impact on cost, service level, and inventory efficiency at nationwide scale.

• Lead inventory network strategy and own key inventory placement decisions across multiple warehouses nationwide
• Own supply–demand planning at network level, including stock allocation and inventory depth per warehouse
• Use data and analytics to identify issues, design solutions, and drive execution
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Operations, BI, and Commercial teams
• Coach and develop team members to deliver inventory optimization outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields demonstrated strong ownership on complex problem-solving
• 5–8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Consulting, or related domains
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and structure solutions
• Ability to connect the dots across data, operations, and business context to drive network-level decisions
• High resilience and ownership—comfortable navigating ambiguity, pressure, and changing priorities
• Open-minded and adaptable, with a strong willingness to challenge the status quo and drive change
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data and KPIs
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
