Promotion Associate - Shopee

The Promotion Team is responsible for creating promotions requested by Marketing/Business Development, ensuring they are released according to the plan of departments & the scheme alignment.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development & Marketing team to generate promotion programs:
• Voucher: platform voucher, seller voucher, free shipping voucher, and other types of vouchers
• Pricetag: product promotions, flash sale, bundle deals, add-on deals, and other types of pricetags
• Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process;
• Identify loopholes or false information in the requests and cancel them from further processing;
• Coordinate with other teams to validate the information on requirements;
• Monitoring urgent request queues on working shifts and executing the request accordingly;
• Brainstorming with the team leader to solve voucher/pricetag issues and improve the process;
• Provide the necessary information for the Customer Service team to resolve user-reported issues and ensure a good user experience;
• Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange;
• Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Willingness to work in shifts;
• Nimble, careful, and enjoy working on details;
• Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed;
• Data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel;
• Command of communication, negotiation, and problem-solving;
• Have a service mindset.
