Strategic Campaign Lead - Marketing, Shopee

Responsibilities

1. Platform Topline & P&L Management

• Own day-to-day platform topline performance, including campaign planning, monitoring, and course-correction to keep GMV/NMV trajectories on target.
• Oversee P&L spending levers (vouchers, log subsidies) — proactively diagnosing efficiency gaps and reallocating budget based on ROI and impact analysis rather than static plans.
• Apply strong critical thinking to distinguish signal from noise in performance data to protect topline health and P&L integrity simultaneously.
• Consolidate and critically review post-campaign performance analysis, identifying root causes behind key trends, and provide actionable, financially-grounded recommendations for future campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to ensure campaigns run smoothly and hit both topline and bottom-line targets.

2. Process & Feature Improvement

• Champion continuous process improvement and workflow optimization within the team, particularly around campaign planning cadence and spend-tracking discipline.
• Drive feature and tooling improvements that support better campaign execution and P&L visibility, partnering with product/tech teams where relevant.

3. Leadership

• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team in the conceptualization, execution, and optimization of platform campaigns.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and rigorous problem-solving, ensuring team members are equipped to think critically about performance drivers, not just execute tasks.
• Develop and communicate clear strategic direction to align efforts across cross-functional teams toward shared topline and P&L objectives.
• Other tasks assigned by Managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant working experience in Campaign Planning, Growth Marketing
• Proven skills in critical thinking and systematic problem solving
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
• Proven people management experience, leading and developing a team to coach & drive performance
• Hands-on experience managing budgets and resource allocation
