Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of Shopee Pay/SPay Later App campaigns and BAU initiatives
- Assist in campaign setup, tracking, and post-campaign reporting
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on campaign timelines and deliverables
- Support special projects such as customer surveys, data collection, and insights analysis
- Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the marketing team as required
Requirements
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate who has completed coursework and is fulfilling internship requirements
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and basic analysis
- Good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
