Responsibilities

Job Description

• Determine the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Properly onboard and offboard third-party business permit processing providers
• Monitor the performance of third-party business permit processing providers
• Track and monitor the progress and status of ongoing government permits being processed
• Manage the processes of the Expansion team when dealing with lessors, sub-lessors, and partners with respect to permit providers
• Plan and manage new projects and initiatives to increase efficiency in securing permits, aligning with partners, and monitoring provider performance
• Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners and providers

Requirements

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Applied Corporate Management, or equivalent
• At least 4 years of work experience in project management, permit processing, and/or business development
• A great track record of successful project management is required
• High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
• Outstanding critical thinking, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
• Willing to travel
