Content Platform Executive - Content Commerce, Marketplace

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing seller initiatives using analytical and conceptual problem-solving methodologies to strategically improve seller engagement, supply, and investment in livestream
• Analyse current livestream seller data and performance to identify gaps, opportunities, and key drivers of seller supply, and develop new initiatives to attract, activate, and retain sellers in livestream
• Identify opportunities to increase seller investment in livestream by developing new initiatives and improving existing programmes, with a focus on driving sustainable seller participation and resource allocation
• Be involved in complex end-to-end projects, from concept development, feasibility assessment, and financing, through planning, execution, measurement, and iteration
• Comfortable navigating large datasets, identifying market trends, and translating numbers into actionable business insights
• Acquire a deep understanding of the technical and/or business aspects of the projects to effectively manage deliverables, resources, and stakeholder expectations
• Act as a key point of contact across departments, driving alignment on project priorities, communication strategies, and objectives to ensure successful execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in a relevant field
• Strong business acumen with a passion for problem-solving
• Possess good knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design, and execute solutions to business opportunities
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze
