Senior Pricing Strategy Executive (Retail) - Business Development, Shopee

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy and profitability action plans across the retail portfolio to optimize revenue, margin, and price competitiveness.
• Analyze portfolio performance to identify P&L opportunities, promotion inefficiencies, and actionable insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Track post-implementation results, evaluate business impact, and propose course-correction actions to continuously improve portfolio P&L.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy, drive execution, and track business impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years relevant experience in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect data with business actions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on business problems.
• Good communications and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in pricing, net revenue management, management consulting, commercial strategy or research house is preferred
