Senior Driver Supply Planning, Driver Operations - ShopeeFood

Responsibilities

• Analyze business pain points, leverage your technical understanding and opportunities to propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
• Synthesize and communicate market trends: work with senior stakeholders to communicate your findings and use them to help develop a strong pulse on market trends, competition and opportunities.
• Lead by example: Be incredibly truth-seeking with data, set a high bar to think boldly and creatively, communicate frequently and with high quality, then funnel that into concrete processes and execution plans.
• Assess the economic and strategic implications of driver incentive programs and collaborate with relevant teams to implement optimization and growth strategies.
• Provide guidance on KPI development, setting indicators that align with business objectives and support long-term growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics and other related courses
• At least 5 years of industry experience in Operations or Business Intelligence with proven business impact
• Advanced Excel skills (SQL is a plus)
• Experience project management skills, with excellent attention to detail, a solid data-driven mindset, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to design project plans, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across all involved parties regarding scope and timelines
• Skilled in problem structuring, defining clear problem statements, formulating hypotheses, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a user-friendly manner
• Good command of English to coordinate with stakeholders from across the regions
