Responsibilities

Evaluate new initiatives; optimize and achieve commercial objectives and performance to increase take rate, optimize revenue, contributing to stronger P&L, sustainability and platform competitiveness

Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of projects from ideation to launch in order to drive seller adoption, engagement and/or retention.

Identify new revenue streams for the business, focus on growing seller acquisition and building retention.

Analyze market tends, pricing, seller & category dynamics to scalling the best practice frameworks
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic or project management
- Experience in strategic planning and business modeling
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- High attention to details
- Good at stakeholder management
- Proficient in using Excel / Gsheet & PowerPoint / Gslide
- Fluent in English (written & verbal) with good communication skills
