Product Management

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate end-to-end systems under the product group to effectively manage system requirements and support operational workflows within the project scope.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to identify critical pain points, analyze key business drivers, and formulate structured product plans.
• Evaluate business requirements, feasibility, and feature value to design core functions for designated supply chain subsystems and deliver comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Prioritize product feature requests based on data-driven commercial analysis, development resource planning, and pipeline management.
• Execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and coordinate testing and live release phases to ensure timely delivery across project milestones.
• Lead internal user education on new functionalities to drive operational implementation and system adoption.
• Monitor product performance throughout the project lifecycle by tracking KPIs and proposing continuous improvements for subsequent iterations.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or other quantitative-based majors (Business, Sciences and Engineering).
• Possess 3 to 6 years of product management experience in e-commerce or related fast-paced industries.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRD), preparing UAT scenarios, and managing product live releases.
• Strong track record in data-driven commercial analysis, development resource planning, and product pipeline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to facilitate cross-border communications and regional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• High degree of ownership, adaptability, and team spirit, with the ability to deliver results both individually and in team environments.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple product priorities in a dynamic setting.
