Affiliates Program - Marketing

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute programs to drive topline results for all segments of Affiliates.
• Forecast and analyze cost-benefit by independently preparing data inputs, assumptions and scenario summaries.
• Lead discussions and tracking of programs to ensure campaign objectives are met, and aligned with business goals and team KPIs.
• Coordinate with working teams and platform partners to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of initiatives.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor performance and costs.
• Compile and analyze performance data to generate insights and recommendations for program and process improvements.
• Track spending, maximize cost efficiency, consistently review and defend ROI..

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably with coursework that significantly builds critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to structure, dissect and identify complex / ambiguous problems.
• Has successfully managed multi-stakeholder campaigns / initiatives.
• Team player who strives to constantly outperform KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Consistently display a strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and desire to proactively increase impact.
• Thrive in an extremely fast paced, dynamic and competitive environment.
• Excellent command of English, ability to write and present succinctly.
